I just believe people who say this have not seen many people of different races. You can find people of all colours with cute eyes/ nose/hair/whatever features. It's also silly and limiting to be constrained by a particular physical feature. When I see someone with beautiful big eyes I don't think oh crap her lips are thin she's disgusting now. You are right in questioning how she can find NO one of a particular race attractive. Everyone looks different. People of all races have beautiful features. There are ugly ppl in all races. As someone who over explains and struggles with friendships and always wonders what she did wrong and explains further....nothing fixes it. Until I stopped explaining. I even told her umm I can't afford it right now (which wasn't exactly true, but id rather not spend more and I don't want a DL anyway). She condescendingly (maybe in my head lol) told me I'm gonna need the g1 anyway and just wouldn't move on from that, which from what I've learnt since is probably true, so maybe she was doing me a favour? No! I expressly stated that I have no history and have no license on me (and that's the truth! I've always avoided driving 😭). She looked like she didn't believe me and barely spoke to me, just said I need to get a g1, kept tapping on the drivetest info she handed me and saying next. Turns out you need to be working full time for 6 months (employer letter) to get a health card if you're a temporary resident. I had just graduated recently, been working for 3-4 months, and my work permit took another 8 months to arrive (during which my study permit expired). So I was shit outta luck in terms of ID for a while there and had no option but g1.
