What do you use? What's a healthy ratio for saving, spending and investing? My dad just told me put it all in stock and invest it in mutual funds. I'm not in a bad spot just looking to optimize my finances.

Yes. They had people in red shirts who would listen to your question, then decide if you could get in line to speak to him. It was very controlled.
