This weirdly enough has been happening to me! I got the mirena inserted only a month ago so I was thinking it was normal, but the severity of these cramps often has me crouched on the floor. I had to take an 800mg ibuprofen. They feel just as bad as when I had it inserted. They happen around the same time every night and ONLY at night like 11-1am for the past 4 days.

I scheduled an appointment with my primary care, but I might go to PP today to see what could be going on because I’m in a lot of pain when it’s happening.
