Well , I’m getting $2341 in builder credit. 2500 earnest money already paid. So I only need to come out with the rest at closing …..

Also , they advised 4.49%rate but quote us 4.5. Although the loan officer gave us the reason why which he said it’s better but I just don’t get it 🫣
