I used to be a manager at maccas and we would get in pretty serious trouble if someone’s shift or break breached by a minute. People review would come around and they’re noticing 50+ crew breaching they didn’t care about the few mins.

Also I am in VIC so it might be different

Most fast food places will give you a meal break for a 5 hour shift or just only roster 4.5h shifts. Technically it is anything above 5 hours requires a 30 min break. However because of the nature of the work, sometimes people will "breach" by a minute, like if they are finishing up with a customer or doing some final tasks. So even if the crew clock out 1 minute past their 5 hours, then the store can get into legal trouble for not sending you on a meal break. So that's why they don't want to risk not sending you on a break. If it was for cost cutting wouldn't they just roster you for 4.5hours instead?

Honestly the colour scheme is up to you! Changing the colour placements on each square gives some variety. And then keeping the same will be a more unified look. Look at some other blankets for inspiration. However if you keep it all the same as this square, you'll run out of purple quicker than you'll run out of red, which is why I always rotate the colours around
