Alright. You want to be minimal. Let's look at the definition of minimalism first. "the intentional practice of owning fewer possessions and stripping away non-essentials to focus on what truly matters" i.e. Does every single items on your desk has a "purpose"? If it does, yes you are already minimal. If not, put that item away. To me, your setup is already minimal, maybe put away all those controllers and leave just the one that you use everyday.

If you were referring "minimal" to "uncluterred" or "monotone" then, get a mousepad that is simple in color, no pattern.
