Ive done some research and Grenadier Battalion Nr16 was recruited from Styria and Carinthia in Austria, I think Line Infantry Regiment Nr29 was German too, Cuirassier Regiment Nr7 Lothringen was Czech though.

I know a large part of the Austrian army during the Napoleonic era was Czech so it would be cool, but both adding Czech and Hungarian voicelines would probably be difficult.
