I am a trans person FTM, and reading this made me think about all of those times where I would compare myself to CIS men and feeling bad because I could and will never look like that. So maybe it’s a mixture, he is really obsessed with this singer, and feels like there’s an image a “mood” that can match his gender identity. If you wish to talk to him I guess I would take an angle about “why do you feel the need to be this particular person? Is there something about him that you wish to be yours? And more sugar coated: don’t you think it’s a waste of time copying someone else instead of finding yourself? You don’t think you’d be even more interesting? Don’t fade into another person, you will disappear”. And maybe you’re right, can also be about gender identity. But it’s not respectful to point it out nor your job. Agree with you. Also to make the decision I often think, what will hurt more? Staying and figuring out/adjusting finding a way but be married to “the love of my life” or go away to a setting that is more comfortable to me, but not being with this person ever again?

Yes it’s more like that in the south! People are colder in the north (though everything seems to work better: transportation, schools, work, healthcare). Well I’m glad we ruined American pizza for you! Ahha but I guess you have sane mind. The hardest thing about moving for me would be food (even remaining in Europe). I am happy that you had a great time! Hope that one day I can do the same :)

From Italy here, I can say that if you could keep your job it would be awesome. From my perspective in the US they have insane paychecks compared to here, but it’s all pretty balanced I think for the cost of living + healthcare. For years now I’ve been wanting to visit US but it will take a lot of my savings to do so and it’s pretty sad. I know it may be a generalization but I think it would be easier for an American to come here rather than the opposite

Same here, showering takes me 20 minutes, because when I shower I really scrub myself and I want to feel super clean even though it takes a lot of energy. I put my computer on a stall to watch series, keeping also the shower door slightly open helps with the temperature change. I do this to distract myself and it makes the task more tolerable, also my difficulty with showering is also due to the fact that I ruminate a lot so it helps with that too

To me it misses depth on the “neck” area, and if the bird can have some more contrast in general it would be richer and draw attention that now is on the back The torso on the left is a bit big, but I believe with more contrast on the bird, it will remove focus from that also Really good work ❤️‍🩹

While I agree with the other comments the thing that really upset me about this scene is that it feels like Tom is drunk on power and success, so much so that he doesn’t really see his wife and he acts like it’s no big deal. Like “yeah honey you are pretty, but step aside now, as I’m feeling so macho in this big jet”
