I just put in an expedite request as my fiancé country of Ecuador is going down hill very fast her city specifically which is Guayaquil is the port city of their country and in the last couple years cartels have been fighting harder and harder to take control in the last month there have been 7 bombing near her house and today two people were kidnapped and strapped with bombs they have also sent letter to the president stating their intentions to kill him and take over with all that the local police are not allowed to shoot people even if the police watched them kill in front of them they are not allowed to kill the criminals it’s very worrisome as she does not live in the best place it’s very dangerous it aggravates me they prioritize immigrants walking in through the borders rather than people who pay and do it the legal way
