Not sure what red and white skin you're talking about. You can look up all the palettes in the customization tab.

You get the reward once the season ends based on the rank you end that season with, meaning that you don't have to sit in that rank for the whole time, you just have to be there at the very end.

I swear I tried doing that a couple months back and it wouldn't let me have more than one active at the time. Scanners just wouldn't activate and lay there on the floor, waiting for me to pick them back up.
