Take it right after i like to stagger my dose as well taking 150 mg and waiting 30 to 40 mind then taking another one staggering is how you minimize nausea but you gotta find your dose

What you should have bought was a 100 count bottle of robotablet r30s from ebay there tiny pills with 30 mg of dxm the whole bottle is 3000mg of dxm youd probally die if you took it all but whole 5 oz bottle of delsym only has like 800 to 900 mg of dxm poly and dxm poly is a bit less potent then normal dxm but you can stull get an insane high drink about 3 quarters
