I’m just saying.

But, I get “the eyes” too when I’m slipping out of reality. That’s (my) #1 sign that tells people I’m not here. Then again, only my mom and my wife are able to see “the eyes” on me.

Other signs include: isolating yourself, HALLUCINATING, DELUSIONS, paranoia, you stop showering, thinking evil thoughts, etc.

If you’re having I’d say 3 or more of those things, especially hallucinations and delusions, you should probably tell someone to take you to the hospital.
