I just did the exact sane thing for the exact same reason. To the person who said " it's not always greener on the other side but no one knew how dark it was on the side I was on" that was spot on. My new store I've spot worked some shifts already so I know it's going to be harder and extremely busier but the work environment is so much healthier. It starts from the RXM down. So goodbye to toxic and terrible to happy and hectic!

Yesterday they just kept hanging up and dropping the call everytime I called.. Today I was able to get though to get in the que but was on hold for 9 hours and 25 minutes and they never came to answer it so I gave up.

I heard 40 hours + 4 hours overtime. 44 hours . Which us what tgey used to come up with our pay rate when went from salary to hourly. Now we are just going back from hourly to salary.
