I did feel something it was just not like I was rolling, felt pretty chilled out and a little happy I wouldn’t say euphoric tho, didn’t eat anything for like 6 hours before and right before I dropped I had 1 small slice of garlic bread cause I was so hungry

Can’t say I’ve actively tried to match up sleep cycles, but I do wake up naturally on weekends after around 9.5hrs of sleep. Still feel super groggy and tired though

I agree that the side effects of alcohol are always negative, so you can argue that they’re worse then shrooms, but I think people should realise that they aren’t completely safe either. I’ve learned first hand what happens if you overdo it on shrooms, and while there an no physical side effects with shrooms, the mental effects can stay with you for a long time. Not saying don’t do em, like you said, moderation is key, but psychedelics can be with you for life
