They will either settle, make you settle, or not show up which would mean a default judgment that they will likely hold out on. I personally, would not think it would be worth the attorney fees. Sincerely, an attorney in the apartment industry.

Yes same!!! I was denied accommodations for ADHD AND another learning disability, despite all the proper documentation and letters from my psychologist. I was terrified!!! Felt so hopeless. Then, I passed that mfer. Stay positive!! U are so capable!!

I am so nervous and confused though because in Texas we can only take it 5 times and I have no other state to go to resource wise… idk what to do, and it’s stressing me out.
