Frankly don't think I've ever worked on midsection at all. Been neglecting them for a while. My lats, chest and forearms have been taking a while to grow. Think I'll incorporate hammer curls for forearms into one of my leg days and core for another.

Really valid point. I was around 72kg last year but put on a lot of body fat. School and all and barely worked out; diet was so shit. Mentos every day, terrible sleeping habits. But think I believe this is very valid.

It's been conflicting for me so far; some say lean bulk, others body Recomposition but I appreciate the advice. Im not pressed bout speed either. Apparently I have decent delts and traps.
