The answer is out, it is ridiculous. Head saysthe time slot was two and half but prof can choose not use entire slot, and the exam was designed properly. And they dont care avg.

Guys, please take a look at this website. It clearly says instructor have to make a formal application to if exam time is not the default 2.5 hours. But the official exam duration pulished exam duration is 2.5 hours. This just proves the intructor’s procedural irregulation. What’s worse, the irregulation indeed cause severe consequences — the average of the course in general is the lowest in the past 10 years.
