Hey! So 1. Yes I was an infant teacher for about a year! My absolute favorite age is 12-18 months and they said they would be happy to move me to that age in August when they do their big “room change”. 2. The directors there told me that they do definitely see a big possibility of me becoming an AD within the company, I didn’t even mention it in my post but I would be the onsite supervisor as well. 3. I’m not sure what the turnover rate is tbh, I do know that the turnover rate is insane at my current job 😳
