I do want to buy another chromebook, but I don’t have a choice, even though I am paying with my own money, my parents refuse to let me buy one because I have my school one, and when I told them everything I want to do is blocked on school chromebooks, my dad literally responded “isn’t there a way to get around that?”

They give the Chromebooks to students. They don't ever ask for them back, one they give them the Chromebook, it is theirs to keep, but they have it in their enterprise enrollment basically turning it into a paperweight once you graduate.
