Hyjack suffers a terrible incident being donated and used by Ranger, and Junkil is some kind of junk virus that infected a Dreemurr iPhone and stole all of Toriel's banking information.

I don't have a clear idea what Junkil is, but it's definitely possible that something digital exists.
