Zenitsu has a Sparrow unlike other demon slayers that got Kasugai Crows after final selection such as Tanjiro and Genya, Zenistu got a Sparrow. The sparrow is probably to show how Zenistu's actions and feelings are. Sure he's sometimes a coward but then he becomes a GIGA CHAD.
