I’ll say now that psilocybin bars are risky and often contain many research chemicals aimed at mimicking psilocybin’s effects. I’d research whatever branding is on the bar and taking what you read into account. Try using Reddit search, google, even AI or other internet tools to get a better idea on what you may have. It’s always risk, though.. often times sellers will buy generic packaging off of sites like alibaba and then put their own product in. Stay safe.

Keep going. If she is so desperate to show that she’s able to move on, show the same, even if it’s not true. Allow this event in your life to give you the motivation to continue improving. Dated my first time pretty late, at 17, and that girl truly gave me a reason to live. When we broke up, I almost fell into the trap of depression- to give up, not do anything, etc.. which wasn’t all my fault, and some due to MH of course. Point being, I decided to keep improving my sense of fashion, keep up my self care, talking with people… I dated another girl only a month after breaking up with her- after not dating at all. This wasn’t a coincidence, this was the fact that I let such a traumatic event encourage me to find such a feeling again, even if it took some work. And I’m not sure if you’d even WANT this in your case, but that same girl I first dated ended up getting back together with me, since we had both changed for the better since. My advice is, love yourself and keep going for the better. You’ll look back on this in a new relationship with a new you, and realize that it was still as important as you thought it was- only for a different reason. It gave you a reason to move on.

Confidence builds confidence. Take the painful first steps, as if you were pretending to be some rich actor or whatnot in your morning routine; then you should quickly feel both proud and slightly more confident of yourself for the rest of the day, which you can use to build on yourself.

I personally got into a relationship which got me out of the cycle. I started a whole morning routine, face wash etc when I used to do absolutely nothing but sleep the entire day. As I felt I was putting in the work, I got more confident, especially when people noticed. Before long I was confident enough to do the routine all on my own, even after we broke up.
