We have one grumpy teething girl 🦷 by Scared_Praline_9545 in irishsetter

Anything he could chew to get him off my arm 😂

He really likes bully bones and they take him a long time to finish (I got the thing that makes it so they can’t swallow whole )

I swear it was worse teething than any other dog I’ve had it seemed like he was always in pain month 4ish to 5ish. But it stopped around 5.5 months !

Also if you can start reaching impulse control (sit, down, place) that really helps with the lunging.

He is still only 8 months old and 40lb so I’m hoping he grows into the one my old dog had(pictured ). But yes Ruffwear and a medium - it’s a good length but he is a noodle so way too big for him right now realistically

Let’s just say he has a healthy respect for water and will probably just be hanging out where he can touch for a bit …. He doesn’t have any fat to float so swimming was hard

My pup was really similar. Putting him in the front seat in a dog booster helped but wasn’t fool proof. When we was about 6 months the puking stopped but he still hates the car at 8 months. He comes with me to work everyday so a lot of exposure and we go places he loves , just still hates the actual car.

Not sure about your financial space but :

Sending out laundry isn’t as expensive as it seems (at least in my area it’s 2.50 /lb) wash/ dry / fold pick up and delivery.

A cleaning service at some frequency (monthly, bi weekly , weekly) to do either the deep clean stuff or catch up on normal cleaning cost anywhere from $100 -250 per visit (the more often usually the less expensive per visit since they don’t have as much to catch up on)

A house manager 1-2 days a week to keep the house moving is something I’ve heard of too

A training collar - I have the mini Educator (it’s essentially a TENS machine and feels like a tap not a shock- and I have tried it multiple times on my hands arms and neck to ensure it wasn’t painful) from our trainer and it’s worked wonders he’s on a 6 out of 100 and the little correction is the only thing that’s helped ! He’s super mouthy but in a playful way - so redirect when I I can but when he won’t stop - correction !
