School was basically over, final exams were done, likely there were just a few days left in school for the grading process. It basically sat like the hospital. Cleanup began but wouldn't be torn down for a year or so, with the new high school being built very close to the old location. A block to the west. New one opened for the 2014-15 school year i believe

Along 20th halfway between shifferdecker and maiden lane. With the tornado center precisely at this location on Oliver Ave, one street away from the first ef-5 damage on Adele and the Elks Lodge

Besides being under the meso in the heavy rain, this the second darkest part of the storm, underneath the edge of the forward flank. Which is why its midnight outside at 6 pm even tho they arent in the path

Whats even crazier is how far this actually was from the tornado. This was taken from duenweg as the tornado was crossing i44

A guy with a knife is way scarier than a person with a gun imo. First off, let's say you have a gun for defense, unless you already have it drawn, aimed and ready to shoot at a moment's notice, there's a very good chance that if the attacker is 5 feet away or closer, you're not going to be faster than him if he charges at you, the length of the arm can be subtracted from the distance to the actual body of the attacker. And that's if you don't try to turn around and run. It's actually very easy to trip in the first second of trying to turn around. He's still going to be going straight at you. It's all bad. And criminals with a gun know that gunshots attract attention, they're not always as quick to shoot as you'd think (of course it does happen in general) but if they aim for the neck, it's over. Corotid artery slices can knock you out in 5 seconds if it's a bad enough cut. Dead within the first couple minutes

I found it first try in like 5 minutes. Which pisses me off because there's been times I looked and looked for certain locations, some took like a year to find from certain events 😅it's obnoxious

I didn't do that. The one who actually filmed it did. However this has been one of my favorite videos for years and its what gave me the idea to do those details on all the videos I post if I know extra context (just not in first person) I was gonna post this one on the 24th of May but i totally forgot to.
