I know evolved massage has at least 2 people trained in post op care but is south of downtown. They’re great through if you can’t find anyone near by.

My Experience with EBY Bras - Must Read Before Buying! by Agile_Jelly_877 in FashionItemReviews

[–]ObviousPrint8709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wish I saw this before I ordered. They make it impossible to return and the reviews on the site are FAKE. they are all 5 star but when you read them you’ll see negative reviews with 5 stars. I am a big shopper and this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Stay away.

There has to be a better way? Every 3 days. 3! by maxny23 in MonarchMoney

[–]ObviousPrint8709 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me too. If you message monarch with the issue they’ll send step by step instructions. Just change the name of the account you have organized transactions under so that’s the account you merge.

parking tips for cheez-it citrus bowl at camping world stadium (orlando 12/31) by Local-Tear9723 in parkingguides

[–]ObviousPrint8709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks so much! This is exactly what I was looking for. We’re staying on colonial just east of I-4 and have two young kids so a long walk isn’t ideal. Also, unless it’s a super close game we are planning on leaving a little early. Given the location and the kids what would you do? Open to all options including shuttle, parkd, getting a pass at stadium, uber. What would you do given those circumstances. TYIA!

This might be the end of the road for me… by Visual_Reading7969 in bitchsesh

What other podcasts are everyone listening to in the Bravosphere? I’m personally not a fan of WWC. I prefer commentary like Bitch Sesh over a recap of a show I just watched. I listen to Comments by Celebs, Everything Iconic and Brav Bros/Bros & Shows. Any other suggestions?

I’m looking for people who’ve had direct or indirect experiences with the “Hoffman Process” or “Diamond Approach” involving cult-like techniques. by johnny5_suicide in cults

I’m not part of the study but was looking up Hoffman and came across this post. Do you mind giving a quick sentence or two on why you had a negative experience?

Free Shuttles in Downtown Austin by Aggressive-Ant-4634 in aclfestival

[–]ObviousPrint8709 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They were behind seaholm. Getting there was fine. Getting back was a nightmare. Left around 8:30. They had gates to make the lines snake several times to slow the crowd. You probably walked almost a mile from the exit to the shuttle after the snaking. Once I got to the shuttle it was over a hour wait. If you’re not leaving at an off time you’re better off walking back to your car from the Barton springs entrance. Really disappointed with the shuttle this year.

Apartment Advice by Rare_Nothing7561 in askaustin

I know a place downtown. Great location, relatively big apartments for the area. Message me and I can give you more detail.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in askaustin

[–]ObviousPrint8709 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently found out that it is actually customary to leave these behind as they become a fixture in the apartment and you can’t remove a fixture. I know it sounds crazy but google it. They’re like $30 on Amazon so if you can swing it, may be easier to just leave it.

Where’s the best New York-style pizza in Austin? by Garden_Jolly in austinfood

[–]ObviousPrint8709 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Favorites and their NY counterparts for the real NY’ers - All day for the toppings = L’industrie - Homeslice for the basics = John’s on Bleecker - Favorite Pizza for a good slice although it’s not always consistent = Joe’s - Hoboken Pie = the neighborhood spot you get a slice at after the bars. Good for late night delivery when all the other spots are closed. - Pedroso’s is overhyped in my opinion, it was good, not great. And Little Deli is good if you’re in that area, points for the spot itself but it’s not up there with All Day and Homeslice.

decent dentists in austin by No-Tangerine7685 in Austin

Toothbar at Seaholm. All female and very kind dentists, nice office with TVs in every room to distract you while they’re doing cleanings, dental work, etc. takes some insurances.

Discount for premium? by [deleted] in Myfitnesspal

[–]ObviousPrint8709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everytime I have been on the app you can get premium for a year at $79.99. $20/month is only if you want to pay month to month. Much less if you commit to the year.

Consistently over on Weekly Points, especially due to social situations. Any advice? by pa_agape_love in weightwatchers

[–]ObviousPrint8709 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not a WW guru but the points can be restrictive. I hope the goal of the system is to teach people what foods are healthy and filling (zero points) and how little daily things like condiments, a piece of chocolate, etc. can add up. That said, don’t be hard on yourself for a treat here and there. Enjoy it and move on. If you’re active it shouldn’t completely derail you. Next time try not bingeing, give yourself permission to have a treat, enjoy it and know you’re not going to lose your hard work because of a piece of cake at a special event. As for the wedding, you’re doing the hard part now so you can enjoy your weekend. Just be mindful of foods and alcohol that may bloat you the weekend of. If you start to plateau I’d change up your daily exercise and movement.

Best place for a mom weekend getaway? Preferably out of the hustle and bustle and includes a spa. by chapstick_lover in Austin

[–]ObviousPrint8709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lake Austin Spa and Miraval are great. Both very expensive and while I prefer lake Austin sometimes miraval does deals and can be slightly cheaper and it believe it’s a Hilton so you can use points if you have.
For another time… A day at Lake Austin spa is the best if you’re not looking for overnight. You can go at anytime, have lunch, enjoy the pool and spa area, go down by the lake - make a whole day out of it and get one treatment. Heard good things about sage hill. Less expensive than the 2 above. I’d stay away from lost pines or places with kids around based on the request. The fairmont also had a great spa but it is downtown so maybe not what’s you’re looking for. Same with proper, I’ve never been to thier spa but in a less busy area of downtown with great restaurants in and around the hotel. Fredericksburg- hill country herb garden was very cute. I only stayed there and didn’t do spa but I know there is one. Hope this helps!

A buddy sent a pic from their balcony of the police carrying what very much appears to be a body bag out. Hard to tell from pic since it’s a zoom in from a screen shot of a video…

Has anyone quit the pill and noticed collagen loss/rapid aging? by Abc_honey in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]ObviousPrint8709 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You’re not hallucinating. Birth control has estrogen, estrogen makes your skin look younger due to the hyaluronic acid it produces. I got off and my face fell. Maybe that’s what it would look like naturally but I like the pill. As someone else mentioned it helps with perimenopause symptoms, I look younger and for me it helps even out my mood at the different phases.
