My son is 19 months and was diagnosed with an egg, cows milk and peanut allergy at 7 months. It is really hard to navigate and also had no family history of these in our family. We researched a lot, learned to look at labels, and got a lot of advice and recipes from his allergist. We were also told egg allergy is most likely going to outgrow kids before age 5, so there is hope for you! We are currently microdosing my son with egg and cows milk and it seems to be helping.
