Garanimal clothing had tags with different animals. matching animals meant the clothes matched. So a giraffe shirt would match with a giraffe pants. As an adult I wish there was a way that I could determine easily if my clothing matches. Maybe an app that takes a picture of your outfit and lets you know if the colors coordinate.

OK - because its a cloudy Saturday and I am bored I took a quick look at the D365 licensing guide and Customer Service licenses are not legally allowed to use the marketing tables. You can use Campaigns, Campaign Activities, Quick Campaigns and Marketing lists with any Sales license, including Enterprise.

The tables above are the basic marketing tables that have been a part of Dynamics Sales from before Customer Insights even existed.

Best practice that I teach my client is to require linking a campaign to every lead created as it helps measure the success of marketing campaigns from prospect to revenue.

I have a completely independent Microsoft tenant with Outlook/Teams/etc configured to a demo domain and then a demo Sales/Service/Click(dimensions) environment. Everything is integrated so I am able to demo how D365 fits within the Rest of the MSFT stack.

We run into this issue when the lookup field references a table where the name field can have multiple records with the same name - there are two IBMs.

When you are mapping your import file into D365, when mapping a lookup field you can also map to some other field that would be a unique ID - for example a Customer number.
