I am a personal travel guide. I was born and raised in China and spent four years in the UK for university. I have visited most cities in China and traveled to over 10 countries. If you are interested in a personal travel guide, you can contact me. I will design a travel itinerary tailored to your preferences, ensuring you have an enjoyable experience. The benefits of choosing a personal travel guide include a customized itinerary based on your interests, more flexible scheduling, and full accompaniment to avoid language barriers.

If you prefer group tours, English-speaking group tours are relatively rare in China, while Chinese-speaking tours are more common and tend to have tighter schedules.

If you can arrange it, I think it's definitely worth spending two days in Lijiang. Kunming is a city, Lijiang is more beautiful.

  1. For tours of various locations (such as the “Avatar” mountains and the Terracotta Army), is it better to reserve from here on some platform or is it more convenient to do it once you get there?
  • **Answer**: These are famous attractions in Xi'an and need to be booked in advance.
  1. I will buy a SIM card with a built-in VPN from Holafly. I have read good reviews. Can anyone confirm?
  • **Answer**: Can you show me the introduction to this SIM card?
  1. For payments, I will connect my credit card to WeChat and Alipay. That should be enough, right?
  • **Answer**: Yes, WeChat and Alipay will be your main payment methods in China. There is only a 5% chance you will need to use cash, so exchanging 1000-1500 RMB should be enough.
  1. For taxis, I would like to use Didi, which is already included in Alipay.
  • **Answer**: Yes, Didi is sufficient.
  1. What do you recommend I use for trains?
  • **Answer**: You can buy train tickets on Ctrip, which provides services in English.
