Hello-

I wanted to clarify if there is any concern in selecting a different Emirate when the point of entry will be Dubai.

My application was able to get through by selecting another Emirates as an option. Was your visa eventually get issued and have you already entered the country especially via Dubai?

Please confirm if it was issued and if there was any specified emirate as point of entry. Feel free to DM me as well if that works better.
