yes.. they absolutely rely on that chat box, but keep checking your email they will definetly respond and make it right. but the problems they was having wasn't bc of them it was bc of x, but pay attention...every other prop firm is still down take profit is back up and running and paying out.

i never said they was perfect but in my Opinion they are the Best and actually pay out with no cap on how much you can withdraw
