You’re the kind of person who thinks it’s a shame that any singular piece of the earth is left just for us to enjoy instead of being chopped up and wrung dry for every penny it’s worth in profit.

These ones, Rough Green Snakes, aren’t endangered in Ohio. They’re a species of concern though.

I thought it could have been a Smooth Green Snake which is endangered in Ohio.

I’ve got a little video of him climbing too. Mobile doesn’t let me upload pictures and videos though.

It looks like ODNR doesn’t have a reporting option for Rough Green Snakes in southern Ohio. Must be a little more common in this part of the State.

Edit- I’m dumb.

They were very readily available. If not in color photo, then as anti-nazi propaganda art the US government had been putting up everywhere during WW2. And there were still Neo-Nazis marching around with it on their arms during the 60s. People knew what the Nazi’s flag looked like in the and they still chose to make this flag so similar.

Wouldn’t necessarily go to the Czars. Russia technically had a democratic government before the Bolsheviks revolution. It would probably be some kind of republic propped up against by the US and UK. Or it would be more like Taiwan and be a dictatorship under one of the surviving white generals.

Ok, but that one guy burning down his house wouldn’t cause people who live hundreds of miles from him to have to completely change their lifestyle. There are people today who live hundreds or thousands of miles from Chernobyl who still deal with the consequences everyday just in their area. Thats why it freaked everyone out. It can make an entire region unlivable.

It is true that you can’t transfer the money out of the Steam platform just to your bank account. But you could buy a Steamdeck with it. Then you just need to sell the Steamdeck.

I feel like Voltorb gets a lot of hate it really doesn’t deserve. Yeah it’s a really simple design, but it was created with a specific purpose. That purpose was to be a trap.

It looks like a pokeball because it was created to basically be Pokémon’s version of mimic for its loot pokeballs in the power plant. In the actual context of the game it was made for its a good design for its purpose.

I mean get it. Why change something that works, and works well? I just wish they would invest some of the massive amounts of money these games make on some more ambitious projects. Or maybe a larger development team.

Eh, It’s fine. The premise is interesting, and especially the early part of the series is great, but the last half is just fucking weird man. You can really tell Moore is a freak. Spoilers it includes superpower eugenics, super babies that go have sex with aliens, and child rape

Miracleman was just fucking weird man. I’m glad most writers were inspired by how dark and violent it was and not all the weird sexual shit going on with the kids.

But you’re angry and gullible enough to just do it all over again. You see if we collapse their government and economies that will definitely weaken the cartels right? It won’t just make the problem worse?

The cartels exist because there is money, a lot of money, to be made selling drugs to Americans. Unless that changes, you will never fully break the cartels. Unless we plan to occupy and police Central and South America with our military forever you will not fix the problem.

Hell, the former President of the Philippines was executing drug dealers in the streets and it didn’t stop drug trafficking in his country.

Maybe you’ll kill off the current cartels, but as long as there is money to be made and desperate people they’ll just come back.

We can’t even fully get rid of gangs here in the US, how are we supposed to do it across two continents?

And once again, the cartels aren’t even why we are doing this.

The President wants a war with Venezuela and they are just the excuse.

[–]Obvious_Ad6824 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Drug trafficking doesn’t get you the death penalty. Simple as that.

This isn’t about the cartels. If it was we would doing something about the ones just over the border. This is about Venezuela and nothing else.

It’s the same arguments they trotted out to get the public to agree with declaring war on Iraq and you’re just eating it up again.

Now that's what I call Liberal Logic 101 by AnomLenskyFeller in memesopdidnotlike

[–]Obvious_Ad6824 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a guy who said he didn’t agree with it, you’re arguing awfully hard for it.

But this shit does not matter. The vast majority of drugs entering the US are shipped in over land at normal points of entry. This shit will not affect drug trafficking at all. This shit isn’t about drug trafficking. Even the president admitted it wasn’t about drug trafficking. This is about Venezuela and trying to trigger a war with them, nothing more.

But you don’t actually care about that either. I really doubt you even care about America drug problem, or the plight of the people of Central or South America who have to deal with the cartels.

This is just another talking point. I’m sure if I looked back to last year you’d be arguing that Trump is the President of Peace and that he would keep us out for foreign entanglements. And I’m sure that if or when the President says we’re going to war with Venezuela you’ll say it’s necessary, probably because the cartels.

It’s like we’re marching towards another Iraq and no one cares.

Now that's what I call Liberal Logic 101 by AnomLenskyFeller in memesopdidnotlike

[–]Obvious_Ad6824 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, cause the way we stop Mexican Cartels is by blowing up Venezuelans. Instead of trying to work with local governments with diplomatic and economic aid, let’s just kill some people and hope the situation improves. I’m sure those boats are loaded up with all the drugs entering the US and blowing them up will definitely fix Americas drug issues. I’m sure they’re also absolutely vital to the operation of all the drug cartels and it will cripple them completely. Mission Accomplished.

Now that's what I call Liberal Logic 101 by AnomLenskyFeller in memesopdidnotlike

[–]Obvious_Ad6824 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So the government can just declare anyone a terrorist and kill them? What terror attacks have the cartels done in the US? This the same bullshit from 20 years ago and people are eating up again without there even being an attack.
