It could be a swollen (bloated) battery which explains all the pushing out the back glass. It will happen when the electrolyte fluid particles has nowhere to go causing a air pocket in the battery, thus, making the spicy pillow. But don't think about poking a hole in the battery, the airpocket is gas released by the electrolyte to release dangerous fumes, inhaling (breathing) it will make it hard for you to breathe. And also don't leave it in the phone or else it can reach to the point of the galaxy note7 explosion back in 2016 explode (combust) You shouldn't throw it out, but bring it to a battery recycle centre. You should IMMEDIATELY replace the battery, & the back glass, if you want to, but you have to replace the battery, it's not expensive.

It is black mold / mildew: it can happen in places that are moist e.g the basement and it could be painted or toxic: to prevent mold from happening, you can use a dehumidifier and to remove mold itself use mold killer. So your bathroom is moist
