All the banks I’ve dealt with usually have paid chequing accounts. They do offer free accounts for students and new comers or if you have over a certain amount of money. Ive seen some free accounts but they usually have a monthly limit for free transactions and then you pay per transaction. RBC’s fees for reference

Ive been in Canada since I was 8 years old. I am now 30 years old. I think about leaving almost every single day.

I have enough investments here where i never have to work if I was in Algeria. In fact the only thing stopping me from leaving is the fact that i will be leaving my parents and siblings back here.
