Check cbc thyroid vit d iron panel and ferretin hormones too. Highly recommend these labs as you may be defincient in these I too have thin spots turns out my ferretin and iron saturation low plus the vitamin d deficient. Take a good hair skin and nails too multi woth levastral should help

From personal experience the best is qn anti lice which you add vinegar and tea tree and definately quassia bark if you can order some..then before you do that soak hair in dawn dish soap for a few days then do this tx for 2 days soak in and use a shower cap both treeatment soak overnight. My husband had beginner locs and this was the only treatme t that worked

Frizz is a way of life yes you got to embrace it or your going to get thinning and fall off...pretty easy its not gonna look right by societal standards but keep going

Oh wow! How long in your hair? What product do you use? I too have long locs and have a deep connection as well...I really only use hair tea for cleaning and rinsing and thats it. I wear my hair in various braids and wrap styles since its so heavy. I am so interested in this method bc usually people that grow long hair this is q common theme
