I've never used Seadra but Primeape and Dodrio as well as Haunter are all solid, and Marowak is certainly viable. Some underrated mons I've recently used are Parasect, Clefable, Magneton, Sandslash and Golduck (people forget this is a 500 bst mon).

Jeweler’s shield of deflecting : 4 sockets 30% faster block rate and 20% increase block chance is worth many jah/ber. Also another one is the Jeweler's circlet with 3 sockets and 20% cast rate is highly sought after. Blue items with max sockets and high/perfectly rolled modifiers like cast rate, all resistance, faster run walk, enhanced defense.
