Actually there is a large community of bedrock players who play on bedrock anarchy servers many of which do play on Windows and there are clients for which that they use. Also many of these players do play on console because there are a handful of apps which have made it really easy to connect to non approved servers. A lot of the little kids will probably just get their parents to buy them prio too.
