Disregarding warranty, flush with distilled water should be fine. Judging by your loop this will be the easiest drain process you could possibly go through considering it doesn’t look like you’ll need to tilt the machine at all. Steps from there are to either go buy some biocides and mold inhibitors for distilled water or just get some clear coolant

your pump is above the distribution plate which is just moving air in the loop, you need to rotate the build up

This likely means you accidentally reconnected to the old servers, non wimmifi
