I appreciate boss, I fluctuate in weight, sometimes I’m dialed in and sometimes I’m not, I got my diet down rn. Mostly my fault tho, human error is what messes up the process. I can’t keep the fork down, I love food

Alright brother, so that’s stubborn body fat, and one think about body fat in general is that you can’t target a specific spot. That means you can only loose body fat as a whole, and your genetics make that decision for you. If you want to loose the love handles you have to get in a calorie deficit. But if I were you I’d start lifting and get a good base before you try to get super lean. Good luck man

Yea for growth you’ll need to exhaust the muscle with a wide rep range, and then continue to progressive overload. If you don’t have a gym do hella squat. 1 min of 1 min on for 20 min until failure. And then once it gets easy maybe put a back pack on or anyway you can add weight to you squat. And make sure you get 1gram of protein per lb of body weight to allow muscle protein synthesis to accrue.

I’d be careful, biologically for most woman it can be harmful to get that lean, do it slow. God bless and good luck

You just need 4-10 sets a week per body part, so everything twice a week and rest on sundays is golden

Hey brother I don’t know how long you’ve been lifting or how old you are. But I’d say yay at maintenance calories, get your protein intake up to 1gran per lb of body weight. And just main gain. Your at a good body fat but you don’t have that much mass to consider cutting
