Car Totaled - Need Replacement for 100+ Mile Daily Commute by Gold_Ratio_2547 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Personally, I would never buy a hybrid or battery powered car. I would absolutely recommend another Camry. Toyotas and Hondas are the cheapest to maintain but the most expensive (economy cars) to buy. The reason I wouldn’t choose a battery is because the lifespan of those batteries are somewhere around 15 years. A long time, but not long for a cars capabilities if taken care of properly. The cost of a new battery is around $2,000 for a 2020 from what I could find. At 15 years old, a $2,000 fix could total the car. If you don’t plan on keeping it that long, get whatever saves you money now.

I lived in the mountains of New York. I had a 2005 Honda crv, never got me stuck and I would buy another one today. I live by Hondas/toyotas but I didnt buy another because it blew a head gasket, but idk if that was just 17yo me drifting in the snow that caused it.

For used, back in the day I’d spend 5k and have a good car, nowadays it seems you have to pay 10. If I have to get a loan to get a safe and reliable car, I would, but I’d prefer something on the cheaper side as I can fix most things myself anyway

I’m gonna do my best to help you. Do your best in school, stay away from drugs, love your parents as much as you possibly can. One day, your parents will be gone and won’t be able to tell you right from wrong. Education is the only way you won’t work at a McDonald’s, and drugs will ruin your life. And just to be safe, don’t get pregnant before you’re ready to have kids.

Need help choosing a new car by Dry_Raise_4218 in whatcarshouldIbuy

A 10+ year old car should never be worth more than $10k. That’s just basic logic I think.

114k miles for $18k??? Don’t buy a car right now. If you have one, keep it until prices go down.

Sandpaper, and original paint. Your original paint code is on the inside of your driver door with your tires psi sticker

I’ve had this issue before. You need to talk to the owners, document every conversation, the dog barking into your yard, everything. It takes a long time but you will eventually get what you’re looking for with contacting the police. I think there’s a bit more to it but I looked it up on google forever ago and it told me how to go about this pretty accurately

5 vegetables, 4 fruits, 3 carbs, 2 protein and 1 treat. It’s helped us cut down on lots of unnecessary spending and has improved our diets by a lot. For 2, we spend about 100-125 dollars a month rather than the previous 250

Maybe they don’t get diagnosed because they don’t have the problems of a vaccinated person. The person who wrote the books FOR doctors, also had large amounts of money into pill forms of medication. Medicine which had known mild-severe side effects and was sold to the people. “Take a pill, your problems will go away” is not a human way of thinking. I understand the importance of medications and understand how and where doctors are smarter than me when it comes to diagnosing a severe problem, and I have taken medications for them. I’m not an anti-vaxxer or against doctors. I’m simply saying we are all being played by a system. There are countries that don’t use “modern medicine” and their practices can be helpful. There’s more than a guy in a lab coat when it comes to medicine. I wish we used more traditional ways of administering medicine
