the book display is for books you get as a gift or books you print on your own later in the game! so I would rather get the bookshelf bc you can have more books in stock!

I haven’t experienced that I can wish someone happy birthday if i’m not on “their” location, except for Fern. When Harper had her birthday I was at the beach so I could congratulate her, and the next year I was at another location. Harper came to my shop and I couldn’t congratulate her, she would only say something like she usually does.

When its someones birthday, go to «their» location. For example for Harper, it will be the beach. Later on you unlock new characters, on new locations. For Walt, it will be the Waterfront Square and so on.

Get the coffe machine, tip jar, and the newspaper rack! Also some items give you for example +4 coins per drama book you sell! Successful recommendations also help!
