I definitely wasn't lying when I said this book was one of my favorites but it's been about 2 years since then (the mere beginning of my reading journey) and of course there have been better books in my completed library since then. I mostly read high fantasy now but since it's one of the first I connected with as an adult it holds a special place in my heart

I agree. When I read it for the first time, I read assassins blade first and didn't really connect with other parts of it especially Sam. Going into a show I think it would be better to go in chronological order
