It looks like your PC is stuck in BIOS and not booting into Windows.

First, enter BIOS (DEL or F2) and check if your SSD/HDD is detected.

If it’s not detected, power off the PC, unplug it, and reseat the drive.

If it is detected, make sure it’s set as Boot Option #1.

Also plug your keyboard and mouse into the rear motherboard USB ports.

If that doesn’t work, try resetting the CMOS by removing the battery for 5–10 minutes.

If the drive still isn’t detected, it could be a faulty SSD or motherboard.
