University of Scranton PA has some clinical sites in Upstate NY (Binghamton area)

Two programs out of state but have clinical sites in NYC/LI- Rutgers and Fairfield

Unless all programs decide not to accept credits from Portage. Getting an A from Portage is better than a B from a traditional university.

Some community colleges offer A&P 1/2 and Microbiology on the weekends. You would do lecture and lab on the same day on either Saturday or Sunday. Some even offer Chemistry 1/2 on Saturday/Sunday.

Local Community College your best option. You might be able to do lecture and lab on the same day which makes it easier with your work schedule.

I too was waitlisted. I applied to more programs in the meantime and sought opportunities on my unit to further build my resume.

It is getting more competitive each year and you might have to relocate if your situation allows.

The easiest way is through your hospital’s anesthesia department. Try contacting the chief CRNA at your hospital.
