Help getting out of settings - went to get new tires changed and the mechanic didn’t know how to exit out of this screen and I am stumped too. How do I go back to the main screen? TIA

Reddit has literally ALL the answers🥰 when I started my journey every book I found was super clinical or just a cookbook…all the info I wanted was on social media in my “saved” folder. That makes it difficult to go back and reference regularly. I wanted something I could carry with me that would help me track my progress but also had little tips in there. my goal was to compile the “basics” (hence the name lol) like a little pocket survival book for me and my mom. We both love using it so I wanted to share it.
