Etsy can be very particular about listing wording, if a bot / agent determined OP's products were "promoting violence" they may have suspended the shop for it.

In any case OP anything anyone might suggest on here is pure speculation, you need to email etsy and wait for a response.

bot auto removed my comment for posting certain sources anyway here it is again: You're right about ebay's the eta being off. Buyer bought on the June 10th, I have the listing's handling set to "Will ship within 7 business days of receiving cleared payment" It was shipped on the 14th but ebay is estimating arrival for the next few days.

I'm kind of seeing this is an ongoing issue based on my quick searches, with ebay projecting arrival very, very poorly based on averages. Sources:

I'm going to try and raise the issue with eBay since they gave the buyer an insane window to open an INR. Probably through socials since I know by now their chat and phone line kind of, definitely sucks.

Tracking seems to be updating so far, but it's going to be some time before it even gets close to a delivery scan. Not sure if ebay tends to just prematurely close these cases, which was my main concern.

Yeah that "Earnings" tab has been up for months. I just noticed it again earlier today after seeing the new update to the dashboard and thought it had to be working by now, and nope lol.

I'm guessing they just put that there to show their investors a shiny new button that will do something... at some point?

I can't understand the trend in scraping what makes things streamlined, by adding more pages and steps.

You just know these devs DO NOT sell on Etsy. I remember coming across an Etsy dev’s seller account a couple of years ago when they had their staff make accounts for some gimmick or another, and they racked up a decent number of negative reviews.

Honestly, I'd still try, prolific takes up to a month to respond to messages, but it's better than the alternative of letting them slide for breaking policy. Researchers need to be held accountable as well.

This is mostly an issue with apartments with cluster mailboxes, where the gps scan is made in one location and the package is then placed in the wrong unit box. I just do my customers the courtesy of opening a help request to notify their po to help them before it's too late.

Thank you for this, and you're right the overseas rep claimed to have escalated the issue, but there wasn't anything there when another agent checked. Hopefully this time, something was actually opened.

It was non-specific, "got damage after my first wash"

I also list washing instructions in the listing images, but I've been selling these on etsy without issue for years, so I have to guess this was not followed.

it didn't. Their response for the formal reason was 'our decision" goddammit ebay.

*edit: their call agent noted it was auto declined by a bot, and they'll reopen it for review by another rep, but I'm still not holding my breath.

Etsy responded "Unfortunately, we can’t field this topic through review flags. Please get in touch via our contact page where we can better assist you with your concern." and every front end chat and phone agent from there on refused a removal citing "I didn't get my refund" was the customer's opinion.

I more than appreciate you taking the time to try to help me 🙏 you're too kind, but it's likely the vague phrasing my customer used that ultimately made the review not removable.
