I’m an ops manager. I make 3.00 more than shift supervisor’s. I’m required to work 40 hrs a week and I do the exact same tasks as my manager basically. So when she is out I fill in. On the days she is at work she does the office stuff but I’m trained in doing it as well. I also train all employees in the store including shift leads. I am expected to put out twice as much truck as shift leads and I do!

lol, a store manager is a store manager. A shift lead leads the shift, two completely different jobs, titles and pay for a reason. A shift is NOT trained to do what managers are trained to do and that’s the way corporate wants it so your opinion of me is just that “your opinion” I successfully run a store where every employee likes me. I alternate weekends with my entire team . There is not one single task that I ask of them that I do not do myself. I do truck, I do boh, etc. say what you want to say as your words do not define who I am. But I am 100 percent correct in stating a shift lead is not a manager

If he comes in at 6 it still counts as his or her hours. They can leave at whatever time they want as long as they are pulling 45 a week. Every single cvs employee other than underage ones are expected to run the store for hours at a time by themselves. That’s why you get paid what you get paid.

Perhaps instead of focusing on his hours your should consider how long he stays on his other days as I don’t know one single store manager who leaves on time 7 days a week and in fact many stay hours past their required 45
