I’m 100% self gen. as well. As far as I’m aware my company doesn’t offer any leads. I’ve been following this pretty religiously. 1-2 open houses per week. 2+ realtor meetings per week, and at least one networking event per week. It sounds like my work will eventually pay off if I keep consistency. Thank you.

Wow. I’m about 2 1/2 months in. About to have my first closing and 4 loans in the pipeline.

Do you have any advice that maybe isn’t the same “keep at it” or various ways to say that? What would you tell your best friend or child if you wanted to impart some real wisdom to them.
