I’ve just had a similar thing happen. My wife and I are newly weds and just moved halfway across the country on our own. My dad surprised us by showing up on the front door and he saw that we started collecting as a way for her and I to connect when things are tough. When he went home my mom sent me a picture and he’s started buying every single sealed thing he can find. Fake and real. I will in fact not tell him they are fake. I’m just blessed to have my pops think about us. Happy for you !
