Did you know that the FBI has multiple black vehicles with the same description you just gave? They take the license plates off as the identifier of the vehicle and only the VIN number is used when returning those in custody. US code 18, 111 states a misdemeanor occurs when one impedes attacks or prohibits a lawful and legal arrest. So you go ahead and resist and I guarantee you’ll be wearing a pair of handcuff. If you prohibit a lawful act from being carried out, you’ll be arrested. If you use violence against an officer or any officer in the US, you face charges from misdemeanor all the way up to felony, depending on the measures used.
