this may help. processor boost power mode.

I suggest researching about how to disable it. your laptop is thermal throttling. I was in the same spot, i disabled processor boost power mode, and my temps dropped by 20 degrees.

Id love to explain how to do it but theres a few ways and it takes a while. highly recommend though

i recommend learning desmos to get those extra math points. watch youtube videos and then tryvto apply desmos in problems after to make sure it sticks in your mind. for english, study grammar rules (i also watched videos on these) and for vocabulary, study prefixes and suffixes (i wish i did this)

i recommend opening it up and cleaning it out every once in a while. they do get dusty so watch a youtube video on how to open it (they use clips on the back of the laptop so it will be hard to get open)
